Split Flexibility Workshop
No matter where you are in your splits journey, this class will provide drills and techniques to incorporate into your flexibility routine. Students can expect primarily active stretching with options to explore variations such as standing splits, split scale, and over-splits. Prepare to feel the burn as we find engagement in supporting muscles before releasing into a gooey passive stretch. Modifications and progressions will be provided for all stages, all are welcome.
