Lyra Level 3 Soaring Showcase

Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm 1/7-2/25 w/Kelly Jo

Students must be at Lyra L3 level or higher to register for this class. You must be available for both Session 1 and 2. The showcase will be on Saturday April 25th and you must be available all day/evening. You also must be available for dress rehearsal on Friday night 4/17.

Lyra L3

Focus: Gaining strength, inversions, top of lyra skills, rolls on the lyra.

Lyra Height: From Chin to Head Height

Sample Skills: Around the worlds, parrot rolls, pony rolls, mermaid rolls, sit circles, inverted man on moon, L inversions, Mermaid roll through, amazon twist around, grasshopper, roll from mermaid to single knee, elbow hangs, Y scale splits, roll overs from front balance, twisted pull over, arm breaker

Requirements to move to Level 3:

Pull over from the ground

Hang from knees on top of bar comfortably

Straddle inversion

Must be able to strong hold for a 5 count

In the Dark Circus Arts Refund/Cancellation Policy To receive a full refund for a class or workshop you must notify In the Dark Circus Arts at inthedarkcircusarts@gmail.com 7 days before the start of the session to receive a refund. Once a class session has started no refunds will be given. There are no formal make ups for missed class, however if the student is going to be absent they need to contact us and let us know beforehand so if there is a make up option, we can make arrangements. Due to Covid 19 - if we feel it is unsafe to continue our program, we will temporarily halt the session and then restart when it is safe to do so.
