In this workshop, you’ll explore the seamless transitions, graceful pathways, and expressive movement that define Lyra flow. Janelle’s deep understanding of musicality and movement will guide you through techniques to find freedom and fluidity in the hoop—whether you’re just beginning to flow or looking to refine your personal style.
Must have lyra experience. Come ready to move, play, and fly.
