This workshop is designed to help you safely increase your flexibility and mobility, no matter your starting point. Inspired by alignment based yoga, anatomical principles and Mongolian contortion techniques, we focus on smart, progressive methods to unlock deeper splits, stronger backbends, and better handstands.

Expect a mix of active and passive stretching, targeted mobility drills, and fun partner stretches to support and deepen your range of motion. You’ll learn how to work with your body rather than force it, balance out your aerial muscles by building both strength and flexibility in your full range of motion.
