Back Bend Flexibility Workshop

Wednesday August 12th 6:30-7:45pm w/Raquel

This class is focused on exploring deep back-bendy shapes with emphasis on alignment and proper engagement for support. We will explore and distinguish basic bridge variations such as tight bridge, rainbow bridge, and spiral bridge. Students can expect a very thorough warm-up to safely ease into their deep ranges of motion as well as a diligent cool-down to learn how to restore the body before returning to daily activities. 

Pre-reqs- Students should feel comfortable pushing up into a bridge from the floor
