Fabric Level 4
Mondays June 17 - July 22: 7-8pm w/ Sable Stewart
This class is designed for students who have successfully completed Fabrics L3. Requirements for joining this level are as follows:
2-3 minute sequence in air
Comfortable working at 12’
Windmill Hipkey in Air
Crochet Wrap and hold from floor
Focus in Level 4 is Cross Back Straddle and skills that come from it as well as conditioning inversions and Piking/Puddling/Forward Rotation Theory.

1/2 Monty, Flying Monty, Butterfly wings, Split with wings, Full Monty, Piking/Puddling theory from slipknot, Heel Drive theory, Slipknot 360, Push/Pull Crossback training on 1 fabric, Cross back straddle , Cross back Descent, Georgia Twist, Emma Sit, Flying Eagle, Froggy Climb, Standard Belay, Belay theory/shapes/exits, Archer Belay, VanLoo on single fabric, Vertical Split on 1 fabric, Single Footlock roll ups - coffin, mermaid, HipKey to Salto, Tornado spin from HipKey ,Same Side Sit from HipKey, Somersault in a slipknot
In the Dark Circus Arts Refund/Cancellation Policy To receive a full refund for a class or workshop you must notify In the Dark Circus Arts at inthedarkcircusarts@gmail.com 7 days before the start of the session to receive a refund. Once a class session has started no refunds will be given. There are no formal make ups for missed class, however if the student is going to be absent they need to contact us and let us know beforehand so if there is a make up option, we can make arrangements. Due to Covid 19 - if we feel it is unsafe to continue our program, we will temporarily halt the session and then restart when it is safe to do so.
