Fabric Level 2

This class is designed for students who have successfully completed Fabrics Level 1. Requirements for joining this level are as follows:

1. Hold a 10 second tuck

2. Climb to 10’ twice, comfortably

3. Tie a figure 8 footlock in the air

4. Can comfortably do figure 8 footlock skills such as: fountain, layout, back arabesque, front arabesque, person in the moon, & twirly thing

Focus in Level 2 is introducing more complex Figure 8 footlock skills, double footlock skills, more complex climbs, and learning the windmill hipkey on the floor. Starting sequencing for endurance. This level should take at least 3 sessions to complete.

Bicycle Climb, Arabesque, Fallen Star, Lotus, Inverted Split, Clothes Line, Eggbeater Wraps, Dancers Locks, Windmill Hip Key, Starfish, Mermaid, Coffin, Rocking Horse, Archer, Girdle, Supported Lotus, Shoulder Sling, Lyana, Splits, Beaman SitSplit Roll Up, Twisted Russian (Candy Cane Climb), Basket, Bight, Relaxed Descent, Bow & Arrow, Rocking horse to Seahorse, Rocking horse to Starfish, Rocking horse to Monty, Rocking horse to Bat Hang

Requirements to move to L3

Tie double footlocks in the air

Mastery of eggbeater wraps

Windmill Hip Key from the floor

Can do a 1-2 minutes sequence in the air
