Fabric Level 1 / 2
Tuesdays June 18th - July 23rd 1-2PM w/ Tom Martin
This midday class is designed for students who are new to the fabrics and those that are newly graduates of Level 1. Each class consists of a warm up, conditioning/strength training, vocabulary and ending with stretching. We emphasize the importance of body position, muscle usage and incorporating the mind and body together to work smarter, not harder. Each student will be given skills appropriate for their level!
Goals in Level 1 are to master aerial and Russian climbs to 10’, learn how to tie figure 8 footlocks in the air and hold a 10 second tuck.
Goals in Level 2 are to Tie double footlocks in the air, Mastery of eggbeater wraps, Windmill Hip Key from the floor and can do a 1-2 minutes sequence in the air.

In the Dark Circus Arts Refund/Cancellation Policy To receive a full refund for a class or workshop you must notify In the Dark Circus Arts at inthedarkcircusarts@gmail.com 7 days before the start of the session to receive a refund. Once a class session has started no refunds will be given. There are no formal make ups for missed class, however if the student is going to be absent they need to contact us and let us know beforehand so if there is a make up option, we can make arrangements. Due to Covid 19 - if we feel it is unsafe to continue our program, we will temporarily halt the session and then restart when it is safe to do so.
