Thursdays June June 20th - July 25th, 6:15-7:15pm with Tom Martin
In this introductory class we will explore the gateway apparatus - the aerial fabrics. Each class consists of a warm up, conditioning/strength training, vocabulary and ending with stretching. We emphasize the importance of body position, muscle usage and incorporating the mind and body together to work smarter, not harder. But be prepared to work hard! You will leave this session amazed at what your body is capable doing. No experience necessary!
Our adult classes start at age 14.
Goals in Level 1 are to master aerial and Russian climbs to 10’, learn how to tie figure 8 foot locks in the air and hold a 10 second tuck.

In the Dark Circus Arts Refund/Cancellation Policy To receive a full refund for a class or workshop you must notify In the Dark Circus Arts at inthedarkcircusarts@gmail.com 7 days before the start of the session to receive a refund. Once a class session has started no refunds will be given. There are no formal make ups for missed class, however if the student is going to be absent they need to contact us and let us know beforehand so if there is a make up option, we can make arrangements. Due to Covid 19 - if we feel it is unsafe to continue our program, we will temporarily halt the session and then restart when it is safe to do so.
